  • 1 çay bardagı ceviz bıçak ile dogranacak
  • 1 çay bardagı çam fıstıgı
  • 1 çay bardagı kabuksuz tuzsuz badem
  • 100 gr çok küçük dogranmış yagsız kuşbaşı et
  • 2 su bardagı baldo pirinç ( eger bulabiliyorsanız basmati pirinçle yapın daha güzel oluyor)
  • 2 diş sarımsak
  • 2 adet et suyu tablet
  • 1 kaşık tereyagı ve sıvı yag

YAPILIŞI: İlk önce pirinci sıcak tuzlu suda bekletin . Sonra eti az miktarda su ile haşlayın suyu çekincede az yagda pişirin. Bu işlemi yaptıgınız sırada ceviz , fıstıgı ve bademi ayrı ayrı tavalarda ( çünkü aynı tavada kavurdugunzda ebatları farklı oldugunda badem pembeleşene kadar fıstıklar yanıyor ) az yagda rengleri pembeleşinceye kadarda kavurun sonra hepsini etin içine koyun sarımsaklarıda ekleyip 1 – 2 dakika soteleyip altını kapatın. Bir teflon tencerede tereyagını erit ve sıvıyagı ekle  pirinci koy ve kavur. Kaynamış suyun içine et bulyonlarini koyup eritin ve pirincin üzerine dökün. En son etli cerezli karışımı koyup pirinçler suyu çekip pişene kadar kısık ateşte pişirin. sonra altını kapatıp 15 dakika dinlendirin. Sıcak servis yapın. Afiyet Olsun

NOT: isterseniz et yerine tavukta kullanabilirsiniz fakat o zaman et suyu degil tavuk suyu tableti kullanın
